1.0 Interpretation

1.1 Any words following a clause, including, in particular, for example or any similar expression, shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the meaning of the words, descriptions, definitions, phrases or terms preceding those clauses.

1.2 Capital letters used in these terms and conditions (but not defined in these terms and conditions) shall, unless otherwise specified, have the meanings set out in the Agency Contract.

2.0 Responsibilities of Agents

2.1 Each Agent must complete at least 1 set of tasks in order to receive the bonus we award.

2.2 New agents will receive two sets of job offers, their accounts will automatically reset after they withdraw their first daily paycheck, and they will receive a $50 bonus

2.3 Early termination of tasks is not allowed as this will result in a break in the collection of sales data.

2.4 Agents are not allowed to publish or post any false information on any type of social media. We reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

2.5 Compliance with legal obligations (compliance with our legal obligations)

2.6 Dealing with claims and complaints and seeking resolution (legal rights and legal claims)

3.0 Any advertising agency or digital media or internet service provider in connection with the Programme.

3.1 By participating in the Program, you undertake that all information you submit is true, accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility.

3.2 If we know or have reasonable grounds to believe at the time of registration that you are not eligible to participate in the Program, we reserve the right to disqualify you and select an alternative merchandise reviewer.

4.0 Our Liability

4.1 We are not responsible for any interruption or interference with or receipt of entries due to technical failures or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination of these, or any other person's equipment in connection with or resulting from participation in or downloading of any material from the website.

5.0 Publicity and your personal data

5.1 AllModern&Partner knows that you are concerned about how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate the trust you place in us to do so in a discreet and reasonable manner. All information we collect will be subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use of information and the purposes for which we use such data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. You understand that by entering the Program, AllModern&Partner will collect and use your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which includes sharing information with vendors who assist with the Site and promotional activities.

6.0 Other Important Terms

6.1 Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any matter concerning the Program.

6.2 If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all other parts of these terms will remain unaffected and will remain in force. For the avoidance of doubt, if these Terms or any part of them are held to be invalid or voidable, this will not affect the validity of any assignment of rights under these Terms.

6.3 We intend to rely on these written terms and any documents expressly referred to therein in relation to the subject matter of any contract between us. We and you will be legally bound by these Terms.

6.4 You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.

6.5 If you breach these Terms and we choose to ignore your breach, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms again.

6.6 These Terms do not create any rights enforceable by a person who is not a party to them.

7.0 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.1 The Website and these Terms are governed by Turkish law and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

7.2 We make no representation that materials relating to the Website are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to those materials from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you access the Website from outside of the Turkey, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

However, they will be bound by our standard moderation guidelines, as with all reviews.

HOW TO BOOST MISSION?

Once your account has been topped up, you can click on "Start Grabbing Now" and be redirected to the relevant page, "Start Grabbing Now". The merchant's products will pop up randomly. HOW MUCH CAN I EARN IF I JOIN THE PROGRAMME?

This depends on the price of the product and is allocated randomly by the system. For example, if a regular agent catches a regular order priced at $500, the bonus will be 1.0%, i.e. $10. For the lucky bonus, the bonus will be 3.0% or $30.

HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO MY ACCOUNT WHEN I NEED IT?

You can only make a deposit by contacting Customer Service. After you have made the transfer according to Customer Service, be sure to submit a screenshot of the successful transfer. We may change the wallet address from time to time. Please ensure that the wallet address and amount are the same as those provided to ensure the safety of your person and property. HOW DO I WITHDRAW THE PROFIT FROM THE PLATFORM?

Before you can request a withdrawal, you need to click on "Wallet Address" on our platform and fill in your withdrawal details. HOW OFTEN ARE THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR BOOSTING REVIEW?

Target&Partner runs a regular programme and products are always available. The number of products in the scheme is unlimited and Target&Partner can guarantee that all agents will be able to boost their product reviews. Once all orders have been fulfilled, the following bonuses will be allocated to agents

Can I invite my friends to join the Review Program?

For the time being, agents can invite others by invitation code to join us and a referral commission will be distributed after their subordinate has completed a minimum one set of mission. There are 3 Levels of marketing plan in our programme which is LEVEL 1 (25%), LEVEL 2 (13%) and LEVEL 3 (7%).
